This course allows students to examine an introduction to the sources of law and relevant legislation for government institutions. It also examines legal issues and implications for handling general administration including disciplinary matters. Further, this course examines critically the roles of both law and ethics in educational management and so provides teachers and educational administrators with information and guidelines for arriving at decisions and actions.
