Mr Jeddrick Taylor

Culinary Lecturer

Jeddrick Taylor is currently a culinary Lecturer in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Providenciales Campus. Prior to his reappointment as Lecturer to this faculty, Mr Taylor worked with Marriott Hotels at the Birmingham Marriott in the Birmingham United Kingdom on Hotel Reception. however prior at a sister property the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club in the main kitchen.

His experiences range from the kitchen, starting at the Grace Bay Club in Providenciales, Radisson Airport Hotel in Providence Rhode Island USA, the United Kingdom at Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club in Meriden, The Grove Hotel in Watford to Night Auditor at the Runnymede on the Thames in Egham Surrey and Seven Stars Resort in Turks and Caicos.

Mr Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University School of Culinary Arts in Providence Rhode Island and a Master of Science in Hospitality with Tourism Management from the University of Birmingham.

Although his first degree is in culinary arts Mr Taylor is rather passionate about ethnic cooking, food sustainability, small gardening, fishing, and travelling. His absolute passion is baking and pastry arts.
