STRUCTURE: PRE COLLEGE I & II – HOSPITALITY

This Programme is designed to provide the student with a basic foundation for working in Hospitality and Tourism Industry. Courses are not just based on work in the classroom, but also on practical applications.

OBJECTIVES:

It introduces the participants to policies, procedures and skills for most hotel/resorts in the Caribbean Region, as well as Tourist Board and other tourism offices.  Students are given practical experience in kitchens, bars, front desks and housekeeping mock areas set-up at the College, as well as in hotels and resorts throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands.
